Importing RSS into your Paperoak account has been a much-awaited feature and we are excited to announce that you can now do just that. If you are new to RSS and would like to read more about it, take a look at whatisrss.com
Importing your favorite RSS feeds into Paperoak is as simple as clicking a button.
- First, sign-in to your Paperoak account on our website www.paperoak.com
- Click on “Import source” from the side-nav, which will open up the Import source dialog.
- Paste your RSS URL and click Submit, it’s that simple.
- Additionally, you can choose the access level of your source. Choosing “Private” will hide the source from everyone except you. If you don’t mind sharing the source with others choose “Public” and we’ll consider adding it to our public collection after we review the content.
Now, It might take some time to complete the import process based on the number of articles that has to be crawled, but you will be able to read from it in a matter of minutes. Also, the source Logo and other information will be updated within the following days.
Note: The new feature is in beta and does not support delete, edits or OPML imports. However, you’ll be able to do all that when we release the stable version in the coming release.
Hope you enjoy this new feature and please leave your suggestions in the comments below.
